Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a non-pricing meal service option for schools which allows the school to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students, eliminating the need for household Free and Reduced Meals applications. This year, Cape Hatteras Elementary, Cape Hatteras Secondary, and Dare Learning Academy will be participating in this program. Therefore, no application for Free and Reduced Priced Meals is required.
