Policy Committee Meeting & Special Session: September 3, 2024
The Dare County Board of Education Policy Committee will meet on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at the Dare County Schools Administrative Office in Nags Head to review proposed policy manual updates.
The Dare County Board of Education will also meet in special session on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Dare County Schools Administrative Office in Nags Head, NC.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider a request from the League of Women Voters of Dare County.
Both meetings are open to the public and the agenda will be available online prior to the meeting.

Board of Education Meeting Schedule 2024-2025
The Board of Education will hold its regular meeting on the second Monday of each month unless noted otherwise. Locations and times of special meetings or workshops will be announced in accordance with General Statutes of North Carolina and the Dare County Board of Education Rules and Procedures for Meetings. Regular meetings may be canceled for justifiable reasons.
