Due to forecasted inclement weather, the Dare County Board of Education Board Retreat, originally scheduled for January 21-22, 2025, has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.
Policy Review Committee Meeting: January 23, 2025
The Dare County Board of Education Policy Review Committee will meet on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at the Dare County Schools Administrative Office in Nags Head, NC, to review proposed policy manual updates.

Board of Education Meeting Schedule 2024-2025
The Board of Education will hold its regular meeting on the second Monday of each month unless noted otherwise. Locations and times of special meetings or workshops will be announced in accordance with General Statutes of North Carolina and the Dare County Board of Education Rules and Procedures for Meetings. Regular meetings may be canceled for justifiable reasons.
